Couverture & Co. was established in August 2013 by Jessica Brookes. Jessica honed her craft under the tutelage of Melissa Atkinson, owner of Bittersweet, one of Brisbane's first artisan chocolatiers. With the closure of Bittersweet in 2012, Jessica decided to take the plunge and open her own bricks and mortar store in Red Hill, Brisbane.
We handcraft our truffles and bars in small batches in an onsite kitchen, to ensure customers receive the freshest possible product. We use traditional methods to make our decadent treats including hand tempering, dipping and piping.
We take delight in the chance to share our passion for chocolate with you, and hope our chocolates can bring a small bite of happiness to your day.
